Take 1 liter of fresh milk inside a pan and let it boil till it thickens and the quantity of milk reduces to half of it.
Add 125 gms of sugar and stir it continuously. Add some cardamom powder to it.
Add some of the saffron strands to the milk and stir it well, as you will get the fresh flavor of it.
You can also add nuts as well, such as pistachios, cashews, almonds, and walnuts.
Take 1 tbsp custard powder, 2 tbsp of milk and place it on low flame till it thickens for about 3-4 minutes.
Our Rabdi mixture is ready to eat, although it can stay for about 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
Take about 200 gms of Whipping cream and beat it for 10 minutes as the consistency should be running.
Mix both the mixture of rabdi and the custard with the whipping cream. Beat it continuously so that it would be in a running state.
After mixing it well, take a piping bag and add the mixture to it. We have to make the layers within the glass for the appropriate flavor and taste.
Within a glass, add some Motichoor ladoo as layer one and spread the mixture as layer two. Then repeat the same process and your Parfait is ready to eat.
You can easily make this fusion dessert any time during any occasion and celebration.

Tip: - You need to add custard powder and mix it with rabdi for binding purposes.
