How to make Motichoor Parfait

  • Take 1 liter of fresh milk inside a pan and let it boil till it thickens and the quantity of milk reduces to half of it.
  • Add 125 gms of sugar and stir it continuously. Add some cardamom powder to it.
  • Add some of the saffron strands to the milk and stir it well, as you will get the fresh flavor of it.
  • You can also add nuts as well, such as pistachios, cashews, almonds, and walnuts.
  • Take 1 tbsp custard powder, 2 tbsp of milk and place it on low flame till it thickens for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Our Rabdi mixture is ready to eat, although it can stay for about 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
  • Take about 200 gms of Whipping cream and beat it for 10 minutes as the consistency should be running.
  • Mix both the mixture of rabdi and the custard with the whipping cream. Beat it continuously so that it would be in a running state.
  • After mixing it well, take a piping bag and add the mixture to it. We have to make the layers within the glass for the appropriate flavor and taste.
  • Within a glass, add some Motichoor ladoo as layer one and spread the mixture as layer two. Then repeat the same process and your Parfait is ready to eat.
  • You can easily make this fusion dessert any time during any occasion and celebration.

Notes

Tip: - You need to add custard powder and mix it with rabdi for binding purposes.
